Does Edgetech ship internationally?
Shipping rate is valid to destination door only. Rate does not include insurance, destination charges such

How do I get my UPS tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. You may also check your order status by visiting Edgetech’s Store and viewing order status.
Why is my UPS tracking number is not working?
Although we can issue a tracking number, you may not be able to track your order until UPS has processed your order. Sometimes package are not scanned by UPS right away. If your order does not arrive on time, please give us
a call so we can make things right.

Please contact UPS for the reason your package has not been shipped yet, as we have no way of knowing.
Edgetech does all that it can to ship out orders as quick as possible.
What shipping methods does Edgetech offer?
Ground: (1-6 Days in transit) Handling will be no more than 3 days.
2nd Day (1-2 Days in transit) Handling will be no more than 1 day.
Next Day Air (up to 1 day in transit) Handling will be no more than 1 day.

UPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays.

Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.
